Generic Imiquimod Cream Approved

The FDA has approved E. Fougera & Co.’s imiquimod 5% cream, the generic equivalent of Aldara by Graceway Pharmaceuticals. The generic product is AB-rated and substitutable for all indications, which include the treatment of external genital and perianal warts/condyloma acuminate, certain types of actinic keratosis on the face or scalp, and certain types of primary superficial basal cell carcinoma.
